The past year of 2025 was a serious test for Ukrainian business and the logistics industry. In difficult conditions against the backdrop of shelling, damage to logistics infrastructure, power outages, and staff shortages, Delivery remained stable and ensured the continuity of logistics processes throughout the country. 

The company responded quickly to all challenges, restored the operation of its branches, invested in repairs and updates to its external identity, and improved service quality and delivery speed. At the same time, Delivery actively developed digital services, improved existing tariffs, and introduced new categories for customer convenience. 

Key indicators for the year 

At the end of the year, the company's cargo turnover increased by 2.5%, and revenue by 18.2% compared to 2024. The main volume of shipments was made up of consolidated cargo weighing over 30 kg and palletized shipments, which together accounted for 87.05% of all shipments. 

Dynamics by cargo category:

parcels up to 30 kg: –1.8%

cargo over 30 kg: +4.22%

palletized shipments: +13.7% 

The average weight of a single shipment increased by 1.7% to 369.8 kg, confirming Delivery's strengthening position in the medium and large business segment. 

In 2025, Delivery opened 23 new branches throughout Ukraine. Route optimization reduced the average delivery time from 31 to 27 hours. On-time delivery increased by 7.4% — 80.3% of shipments are delivered within the company's stated time frame (24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on the destination). 

Currently, 82% of branches have flights 5–6 times a week, which is 6% more than in 2024. 

The share of addressable delivery in 2025 increased by 1.8% and accounted for 38.5% of all shipments. The «Addressable Logistics Quality» indicator, which includes the timeliness of order acceptance, pickup, and delivery within specified time windows, is 95% fulfilled, which is 2% more than last year. 

Thanks to systematic work with staff, the number of customer complaints decreased by 29.9%. In 2025, Delivery increased its wage fund by 23.5%, maintaining service standards in the difficult situation on the Ukrainian labor market. 

The company separately notes a 38.5% reduction in cargo losses. Today, only 1 out of 125,000 items is lost, which indicates virtually complete delivery reliability and effective control at all stages of the logistics chain. 

In September, the company presented an updated Delivery mobile app with a modern interface and improved user experience. 

The update introduced a new section called «Discounts and Points», which allows users to track their tariff plan, personal discounts, bonuses, promo codes, and promotional offers in real time, as well as control the conditions for their storage. 

A new «Tips» feature has also been added, allowing customers to thank branch employees or couriers for the quality of their service. For each rating, the customer receives 30 bonus points/3 hryvnia in the Delivery loyalty program.
 

The IT team also expanded the functionality of the customer's personal account, in particular adding a new «Contacts» service for convenient management of the recipient database. 

In 2025, the company expanded the «Autoprice» tariff by adding new categories:

  • «Light truck tires and wheels» (R-15);
  • «Medium bumper» 

The company also expanded the «Agroprice» industry tariff, adding a new category, «Barrels» weighing 300 kg. This is an ideal solution for Ukrainian farmers. 

Both categories have a fixed delivery cost within Ukraine and payment per unit of cargo. 

In 2025, 94.4% of shipments were insured. This indicator demonstrates the growing responsibility of customers and high confidence in Delivery's insurance solutions as a tool for protecting their businesses. 

Delivery's main goals for 2026 include:

  1. Expanding its geographical presence — opening 33 new branches to increase the availability of Delivery services throughout Ukraine.
  2. Increasing delivery speed — reducing the average delivery time by 2 hours to 25 hours. 
  3. Digitization of courier services — launch of an updated mobile app for couriers in February to improve the speed and quality of customer service.
  4. Development of IT solutions for customers — improvement of the mobile app's functionality and introduction of more convenient features for users. 
  5. Financial predictability for businesses — launching programs to fix rates or discounts for six months or a year for customers who switch to prepaid services.
  6. Personalized offers — automating the service of individual offers to help customers optimize their logistics costs. 
  7. Focus on service quality — further improvement of service standards and development of customer experience at all stages of interaction with the company.
