Today, speed and convenience of interaction with customers are of great importance. The Delivery team has developed a new service "Electronic contracts" in the personal account, which makes the process of drawing up contracts fast, convenient and safe.

From now on, it is possible to conclude contracts for the following services:

Transport and forwarding services - cargo transportation across Ukraine
Cargo insurance - voluntary cargo insurance
Responsible storage - long-term storage of goods in a warehouse for more than 5 days
Full freight transportation - transportation by individual cars on individual routes
Each contract has a maximum validity period, which allows customers to flexibly choose the optimal conditions for their needs. The service also provides additional agreements or a protocol of disagreements that may be required when interacting with the company.

Electronic contracts have significant advantages:
Convenient access

Customers can easily view all their active contracts and their expiration dates at any time without any extra effort.

Ease of creation and signing

Create new contracts quickly through the user's personal account. Sign them through EDO services: Timely or Medok.

Easy closing

If there is a need to terminate the contract, you can do it with a few clicks of the mouse without unnecessary complications.

Paperless process

The use of electronic contracts eliminates the unique need to print, scan or send, store paper documents, ensuring an environmentally friendly and efficient process of teaching and managing contracts.

How to work with the section "Electronic contracts"?

To use the new service, it is necessary to: pass confirmation (verification) of the company
Create the necessary contract for the service you need.
Your downloaded file should be signed in the relevant services - Vchasno or Medok.
After signing both pages of the document and changing the status of the contract to "Active" - the client becomes available for non-cash settlement, creation of general powers of attorney, etc.

Компанія Delivery продемонструвала зростання основних та фінансових показників у І кварталі 2024 р. Вантажообіг збільшився на 25%, а дохід склав на 34,2% більше в порівняні з аналогічним періодом минулого року. Варто зазначити, що компанія єдина на логістичному ринку, яка не переглядала тарифи на перевезення та залишила їх сталими.

Відсоток клієнтів, які довірили компанії перевезення власного вантажу, збільшився на 6,4% і з них майже 93% замовляють послуги страхування вантажу. Стали «важчі» і самі відправлення: середня вага вантажу за однією квитанцією склала 231 кг (+12,6%), а середня вага одного відправлення – 346 кг (+12,9%).

Найпопулярнішим видом відправлення залишаються збірні вантажі (понад 30 кг). Якщо переглянути структуру вантажообігу компанії, то динаміка наступна:

- посилки до 30 кг – -1,8%

- вантаж понад 30 кг – +5,5%

- палети – -3,6%

Продовжує набирати популярності адресна логістика: в компанії фіксують зростання попиту на послугу за типом Адреса-Адреса, Відділення-Адреса, Адреса-Відділення. У I кварталі цього року показники за ними збільшились на 11,6% у порівняні з І кварталом 2023 року. З всього вантажообігу – майже 34% здійснюється на адресу клієнта. Компанія Delivery ввела новий показник «Якість адресної логістики» у якому закріпила стандарти роботи: своєчасність прийому замовлення від клієнта, дотримання термінів забирання та доставки у встановлені часові вікна. Даний показник виконується на 93%.

Одне із ключових завдань на поточний рік – прискорити логістику по Україні. У порівняні з IV кварталом 2023 року команда Delivery покращила наступні показники:

- середній час перевезення 1-го відправлення складає 30 годин, що є швидше на 4 години.

- своєчасність прибуття вантажу до складу складає 70,6%, що є краще на +4,8%.

Наші клієнти отримують вантажі за 24, 48, 72 години залежно від напрямку перевезень.

Протягом І кварталу 2024 р. компанія продовжувала розширювати свою територіальну присутність в регіонах, відкривши 14 відділень по Україні. У березні відновили роботу у Донецькій області відкривши 3 склади у містах: Краматорськ, Слов’янськ та Дружківка. Нагадуємо, що у планах на 2024 рік відкрити 50 нових представництв.

Компанія Delivery зосередилась над підвищенням рівня кваліфікації співробітників, що дозволило вивести на новий рівень якість надання транспортно-експедиційних послуг. Варто зазначити, що  компанія підвищила фонд заробітної плати більше ніж на 49%.

У І кварталі 2024 р. зменшили долю втрати вантажів на 53% та на 7% зменшили долю пошкоджень при їх перевезенні. Це дозволило зменшити кількість скарг від наших клієнтів більше ніж на 50%.
Довіра клієнтів – найвищий показник оцінки роботи. І команда Delivery щоденно докладає зусиль аби значне підвищення попиту на логістичні послуги компанії в жодному випадку не послабило якість їх надання.

Спостерігалось активне користування сервісом «Електронні генеральні довіреності» у Особистому кабінеті. Проект був запущений у кінці минулого року та дозволяє клієнтам, які мають юридичну форму власності, легко та просто створити та керувати довіреностями.

Delivery має в планах на ІІ квартал 2024 р.:

- запустити новий сервіс з підписання договорів в Особистому кабінеті;

- зменшити паперовий документообіг при оформленні й видачі вантажу та перевести більшу частину відділень на нові принтери з стрічкою у форматі чеку;

- введення багаторазового промокоду, який відкриє нові можливості для клієнтів та буде мати текстовий вигляд для простого запам’ятовування

- у зв’язку з ростом вантажообігу продовжити роботу по збільшенню кількості рейсів. Нові запуски ми завжди анонсуємо у своїх соціальних мережах, слідкуйте за оновленнями.

- активне розширення територіальної присутності для досягнення цілі у 50 нових відділень до кінця року.
