Due to changes in the procedure of crossing the administrative border by goods, when taking the goods into AR Crimea, a new obligatory condition appeared – to provide additional documents for each delivery of the cargo:

•  for senders, physical persons – list of enclosures or invoice for the cargo and copy of passport of the sender of the cargo;
•  for juridical persons – copy of the invoice for the cargo and copy of passport of the physical person’s representative.

In case if the stated documents are missing, the customs authorities of AR Crimea will confiscate the sent goods and conclude the protocol about violation of the procedure of goods delivery for the guilty person with imposing a fine.

Representative offices Luhansk-1, 2, 3, Pervomaysk (Luhansk region), Donetsk-1 , 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, Makiyivka, Yenakiyevo, Khartsyzsk, Avdiyivka, Yasynuvata, Shakhtarsk and Horlivka are not working for RECEIVING/ISSUE of the cargo.

Receiving of cargo at these representative offices is not done!

On August 20, 2014, representative offices Donetsk-4 are only working to issue the cargo!!!

On August 20, 2014, representative office Sverdlovsk is only working TO ISSUE the cargo. Receiving of the cargo is not performed at this representative office.

All other representative offices work as usual, there may be delays in sending/receiving of the cargo.
