Генеральний директор Асоціації "Страховий бізнес" В'ячеслав Черняховський вітає ТДВ «СК "КВОРУМ"» з досягненням: за останні 6 місяців вони збільшили зібрані страхові премії на 64,4% та зменшили виплати на 46,8%.
За даними, опублікованими ІНТЕРФАКС-Україна, Страхова компанія «Кворум» (м.Київ) у січні-червні 2023 року страхова компанія "Кворум" (м. Київ) у січні-червні 2023 року зібрала страхові премії на суму 23,106 млн грн, що на 64,4% більше, ніж за аналогічний період попереднього року. Про це повідомило рейтингове агентство "Стандарт-Рейтинг" під час оновлення кредитного рейтингу/рейтингу фінансової стійкості компанії за національною шкалою на рівні "uaAA". При цьому слід зауважити, що рейтингова оцінка була оновлена на основі аналізу результатів діяльності компанії протягом звітного періоду. Надходження від фізичних осіб за цей період зросли на 78,94% до 14,496 млн грн, водночас надходжень від перестрахувальників не було. Доля фізичних осіб у брутто-преміях за підсумками першого півріччя склала 62,74%, що свідчить про перевагу фізичних осіб у клієнтському портфелі компанії. Страхові платежі, направлені перестрахувальникам, за перше півріччя 2023 року склали 7,513 млн грн, що в більш ніж 4 рази перевищує аналогічний показник 2022 року. Таким чином, відсоток участі перестрахувальників у страхових преміях зріс на 20,07 п.п. до 32,52%. Чисті премії страховика збільшились на 26,69% до 15,593 млн грн, а зароблені премії – на 22,50% до 15,426 млн грн. Обсяг страхових виплат і відшкодувань, здійснених компанією протягом вказаного періоду, скоротився на 46,75% до 2,773 млн грн, рівень виплат зменшився на 25,05 п.п. до 12,00%. Згідно з даними РА, прибуток від операційної діяльності за I півріччя 2023 року порівняно з I півріччям 2022 року зросла на 60,51% до 6,743 млн грн, чистий прибуток збільшився в 2,43 раза до 8,293 млн грн. Активи компанії станом на 30 червня 2023 року зросли на 12,65% до 57,714 млн грн, власний капітал збільшився на 21,60% до 52,312 млн грн, зобов'язання зменшились на 34,22% до 5,402 млн грн, грошові кошти та їх еквіваленти зросли на 20,83% до 36,259 млн грн. СК "Кворум" була заснована у березні 2014 року та спеціалізується на ризиковому страхуванні.
7 серпня 2023 року РА «Стандарт-Рейтинг» прийняло рішення про оновлення кредитного рейтингу / рейтингу фінансової стійкості страховика ТОВАРИСТВУ З ДОДАТКОВОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «СТРАХОВА КОМПАНІЯ «КВОРУМ» (ЄДРПОУ 38730427) - за національною шкалою на рівні uaAA. Страховик з рейтингом uaAA характеризується дуже високою фінансовою стійкістю/ кредитоспроможністю порівняно з іншими українськими страховими компаніями. Рейтингова оцінка ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» оновлювалась виходячи з аналізу результатів роботи Компанії за перше півріччя 2023 року.
Національним Банком України 19.06.2023 року прийнято рішення про підтвердження відповідності структури власності ТОВАРИСТВА З ДОДАТКОВОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ “СТРАХОВА КОМПАНІЯ “КВОРУМ” вимогам щодо прозорості.
