Delivery announces partial resumption of operations in Dnipro

As of 18 July, Delivery resumed operations at the Dnipro-Transit terminal. The mainline logistics is already operating almost in full, and we are gradually returning to standard delivery schedules.

We have also started to resume the work of the Dnipro-1 branch. Before visiting us, we ask our customers to check the possibility of sending or receiving cargo by phone: 067 620 74 41.

We have resumed targeted logistics in the city of Dnipro and Dnipro region. Due to the current situation, there may be temporary delays in the delivery of services.

When evaluating cargo:
up to 1,999, 99 UAH — 15 UAH;
from UAH 2,000 to UAH 4,999, UAH 99 — 0.75%;
from UAH 5,000 to UAH 149,999, UAH 99 — 0.45%;
from UAH 150,000 and above — 0.65%;
1.05% of the declared value - taking into account military risks throughout the territory of the Country;
1.05% of the declared value - mandatory when sending cargo to/from the Company's representative offices in the cities of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, Izyum and Balakleya of the Kharkiv region, Sumy region, as well as representative offices in cities whose activities will be resumed and where the distance to the line of active hostilities will be less than 50 km. (regardless of the presence of a signed general insurance contract with the client).

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.
