To the attention of users of “Delivery to Postomat” service! Mandatory authentication in Privatbank!

We draw your attention, that from March 16 the National Bank “Privatbank” changed terms of use of self-service terminals in receiving the parcels in automatic postal terminals. The clients of the Bank which were not identified will not be able to use the service of delivery to the automatic postal terminals.

If you are going to receive the parcel in the automatic postal terminals of Privatbank Branches but you are not the client of this bank, you should pass a procedure of mandatory authentication.

To complete this procedure client of “Delivery” should visit the nearest representative office of “PrivatBank” and present to the authorized bank employee data of passport, identification code, telephone number which is used for receiving of dispatches.

After data entry service of parcels receiving through automatic postal terminals will be available.

Current customers of “PrivatBank” do not need to present documents.

Please be reminded there is an alternative dispatches delivery to automatic postal terminals – “Econom-delivery” from “Delivery”. This service works in 73 cities and it includes cargos from 1 kg to 100 kg (0.5 m3) and it costs only 35 UAH.

Delivery updates tariffs for transportation in Ukraine

Since April 1, the logistics company Delivery updates tariffs for delivery in Ukraine. In particular, the transportation cost of cargoes of over 30 kg is changed. The average increase in tariffs for this category will be 5%, depending on the direction corresponding to the tariff zone. The minimum cost of 1 kg of cargo of the tariff zone "ST" is 1.77 UAH.

The company also revised some tariffs for targeted customer service in cities with available Delivery warehouses. Changes have affected large cargo shipments - from 2000 to 5000 kg. The tariffs for address take-off and delivery of documents, parcels, as well as cargoes of up to 2 tons remained without modifications.

For customers using pallet price-list, the new discounts on the pallet transportation were put into effect. Now customers can save 5% when dispatching 3-4 pallets, and 7% - when dispatching more than 5 pallets per receipt. Rates of pallet price-list increased, on average, by 9%, but still remain one of the most profitable in the market. For example, the most popular Euro-pallet of 500 kg in the direction of Kyiv - Odesa will cost 785 UAH.

Another innovation is the reduction in the number of tariff zones of the company. Now the total number reaches six: the "ST" zone for transportation within one region and 5 tariff zones for transportation between regions.

The change in tariffs is associated with an increase in costs for the company's logistics and transportation processes.

Considering all the innovations, the tariffs of Delivery remain optimal for the price-delivery ratio.  At present, the representative network of the company includes 299 representative offices; more than 50 cargo warehouses are planned for opening in 2018. The main emphasis is on the timeliness of the arrival of goods, which is planned to be increased to 90% (delivery to warehouse) and up to 94% (delivery to address). An increase in the safety level of cargo transportation will be achieved through a decrease in the share of losses to 0.002% and the share of damage to 0.05%. Delivery will continue active development of financial and insurance services, as well as IT services.

Delivery Company renewed the additional services page

New page options simplify the select of the necessary additional services and make usage more comfortable.

In particular, it is possible to select the additional services and review their costs through one of the presented lists below: “By type of Additional services” or “By type of cargo”. It means that Delivery Company offered a choice to the client: to have a look at the full list and tariffs of provided services, or to consider the best services for the certain type of cargo, according to the company's opinion. Division goes into 4 categories - parcels, cargoes, pallets, and industry tariffs.

This is a reminder to the fact that earlier at the “Delivery” website, the new service of calculating the cost was made: calculator is in two versions - extended and light, it gave an opportunity to calculate by the main types of the transported cargo: Light version was also updated for mobile apps. According to the feedback from the clients of the company, the new service made calculation of cost faster and more convenient.
