December 31 – working day from 9.00 up to 15.00

January 1 – day off

January 2 – day off

from January 3 to January 5 – working day as usual

January 6 – working day from 9.00 up to 15.00

January 7 – day off

January 8 – day off

January 9 – working day from 9.00 up to 15.00

Please be aware, cargos, which have been taken to dispatch from December 30 to January 5, would be delivered on January 10.

Cargos, which have been taken to dispatch from January 6 to January 9, would be delivered to ordinary traffic schedule.

When evaluating cargo:
up to 999, 99 UAH — 8 UAH;
from UAH 1,000 to UAH 4,999, UAH 99 — 0.7%;
from UAH 5,000 to UAH 149,999, UAH 99 — 0.45%;
from UAH 150,000 and above — 0.65%.
1.05% - mandatory when sending cargo to/from the Company's representative offices to cities where active hostilities are taking place, as well as within a radius of 50 km from these cities.

Нow to change city of cargo arrival?

1) The sender can change the city of arrival of the cargo in the mobile application https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2ZxuQoIjvHGl2yR4FeS8qQ; 2) The sender or recipient can change the city of arrival of the cargo by drawing up a letter of application for readdressing. Sample application sheet .
If an individual wishes to change the city of arrival, a copy of 1-2 pages of the passport must be attached to the letter. If a legal entity wishes to change the city of arrival, the letter must be written on a letterhead and certified with the seal of the enterprise.

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.
