Electronic contracts: create and manage them right from your Delivery account

From now on, it is possible to conclude contracts for the following services:
Transport and forwarding services - cargo transportation across Ukraine
Cargo insurance - voluntary cargo insurance
Responsible storage - long-term storage of goods in a warehouse for more than 5 days
Full freight transportation - transportation by individual cars on individual routes
Each contract has a maximum validity period, which allows customers to flexibly choose the optimal conditions for their needs. The service also provides additional agreements or a protocol of disagreements that may be required when interacting with the company.

The use of electronic contracts eliminates the unique need to print, scan or send, store paper documents, ensuring an environmentally friendly and efficient process of teaching and managing contracts.
How to work with the section "Electronic contracts"?
To use the new service, it is necessary to: pass confirmation (verification) of the company
Create the necessary contract for the service you need.
Your downloaded file should be signed in the relevant services - Vchasno or Medok.
After signing both pages of the document and changing the status of the contract to "Active" - the client becomes available for non-cash settlement, creation of general powers of attorney, etc.
