“Delivery” summarized sustainable strategy of company development for 2017.

Following the summary of work for the year 2017, Delivery company (managing company in the group of companies of Delivery Group) increased the volume of cargo transportation by 22.6% compared to 2016 and the share of addressed service rose by 3.3%. 

The sendings themselves became bigger:  Average calculated weight by one declaration increased by 17.5%. 

At the same time with increasing the volumes of cargo turnover, the company continued to develop the client base:  last year more than 517,000 unique customers used the services of “Delivery”, 90% of which are representatives of small and middle business. 

Representative network of the company is developing fast.  Thus, from January to December of 2016, “Delivery” opened 41 representative offices, including warehouses by franchising partnership system.  The highest activity on the network development was in the Western regions of Ukraine which is connected with economical attractiveness of the region. 

The main indexes of transportation safety in the company, calculated by open KPI were:  0.0061% or 1st place from 16,393 - share of losses, 0.1061% or 1st place from 943 transported - share of damages.

During 2017 the company continued to extend digital opportunities for its clients.  At the “Delivery” website, new service of calculating the cost was made:  calculator is in two versions - extended and light - it gave an opportunity to calculate by the main types of the transported cargo:  parcels and documents, cargo, pallets, industry-related tariffs.  Light version was also updated for mobile apps.  According to the feedback from the clients of the company, the new service made calculation of cost faster and more convenient. 

The next stage of digital updates was issue of receipts from the calculator and also introduction of mode of receipt templates and saving of calculations. 

Besides current service of electronic document turnover M.E.Doc, “Delivery” launched more modern one - “Vchasno”.  Integration with the Personal Area of the clients allowed to sign the documents at the website, thus simplifying the interaction with customers and suppliers on assurance of acts for services rendered, reconciliation acts, contracts, letters, and other documents.

Constant improvement of the Personal Area and extending the functions resulted to growth of its users:  For the last year, number of unique clients increased by 60,000.    

Starting from October, “Delivery” executed a mobile working place “Office of the transporter” on the website.  The service allowed the owners of the rented transport to quickly manage the itineraries, document flow, payment controlling, it gave access to indexes of work of trucks in real-time mode and also allow the available trucks for transportation. 

For a partial using of the loyalty program, 3,100 main organizations joined the “Delivery Group Club”.  Success of the project gives a stimulus to its active development in 2018 through extending a list of services and available gifts.

“Delivery” actively promoted its own brand and grew business relationships in 2017:   As a whole, the company took part in 8 exhibitions and conferences, ran 2 business breakfasts in the Center of Client Service.

The main emphasis for 2018 in “Delivery” is put to timely delivery of the goods, which index is planned to bring up to 90% (delivery to the warehouse) and up to 94% (addressed delivery).  By the results of 2017, these indexes were 83% and 91% respectively.  As it was last year, representative network of the company is going to be extended:  50 new truck warehouses appeared.  Increasing the level of safety level of cargo transportation will be reached through decreasing the share of losses to 0.002% and share of damages to 0.05%. “Delivery” is going to actively develop financial and insurance services as well as IT services for the clients.

Delays of cargo arrival are possible

Due to strong snowfall and snowstorm throughout Ukraine, traffic flow of “Delivery” is limited. Heavy rain with transition to snow is in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson regions. For this reason, delays of cargo arrival are possible from / to Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Mykolaiv regions. There is a probability of delays of addressed deliveries within Kyiv city.

“Delivery” will change the terms of rendering of service “Cash on delivery”

“Delivery” will review the terms of rendering of additional service “Cash on delivery”. From January 03, the company changes the amount of collected charge up to 1.8 % from the amount of COD payment. However, the cost of the service is still one of the lowest in the market - 10 UAH.

Due to possibility to pay for goods to the Sender after receiving of the cargo at the warehouse, the clients can make themselves safe from the defective products. As of today, special cash-desks for money transfer work on 93 warehouses of the company “Delivery”. The warehouse chain with this service is on the rise.

We accept to transfer the national currency - Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Both, the sender and receiver, can pay for the service. The amount of COD on one receipt can be up to 150,000 UAH.

Peculiarities of COD payments for the period of New Year holidays

Dear clients!

Please, draw your attention, that payment of COD will be done from January 10 after 01:00 P.M in case if the money was sent during the period from January 03 before 01:00 P.M. and January 05, 06, 07, 08, and January 09 before 01:00 P.M. This schedule is determined by work peculiarities of the servising bank (PJSC “Oshchadbank”) for the period of New Year holidays.

We would ask you to call to the warehouse and specify if there is a possibility to receive the money.

«Делівері» змінює умови нарахування балів за програмою лояльності

Із 1 січня 2018 року «Делівері» змінює умови нарахування бонусних балів за програмою лояльності «Клуб Delivery Group».

Кількість нарахованих балів залежить від статусу учасника в програмі - його тарифного плану, що виходить з обсягів перевезеного в місяць вантажу.

Тепер за кожен кілограм розрахункової ваги за квитанцією клієнт отримує наступні бонусні нарахування:

  • 0,3 бала (ТП Бізнес)
  • 0,4 бала (ТП Розвиток)
  • 0,5 бала (ТП Максимум)

Відповідно до правил програми лояльності для тарифного плану Стандарт нарахування за 1 кг розрахункової ваги за квитанцією не передбачено. У ТП Стандарт клієнт отримує бали за кожну квитанцію.

“Delivery” changes prices for transportation services

“Delivery” Company will renew prices for logistics services all over Ukraine that become valid on January 01, 2018.

In particular, the price for cargo transportation on general basis in terms of “Warehouse - to - Warehouse” will be changed on an average by 7% So, the price for 1 kg of dispatched cargo will start from 1.65 UAH and from 420 UAH - for 1 m3 These changes are applicable to all the price zones of Ukraine.

The company reviewed the rating conditions for pallet cargo and the average value of transportation of them will increase for 6%. As a remuneration model for the clients we will retain a possibility to save when transporting from 3 pallets -5% and from 5 pallets -10%.

Changes of tariffs are connected with the growth of costs to provide processes of logistics:  In particular, for November-December, the price of the diesel fuel increased by 10%.  Besides, costs for rents and maintenance of facilities have grown considerably. 

“The clients understand that with the change of the dollar exchange rate and fluctuation of prices for the fuel, the prices of transportation will be changed, too, and sometimes they ask themselves when the recalculation will take place.  We always try to be the last in the market to increase the tariffs: For instance, transportation of the shipments on general basis changed in July of 2017”, - commented General Director of “Delivery” Olena Lakatosh.

In the framework of the loyalty program “Club Delivery Group”, the company also accumulates bonuses by which it is possible to pay for the services.

Working hours of the company “Delivery” for New Year holidays

Dear Clients!

With the aim to create comfortable conditions of cooperation with Delivery, we publish the approved schedule of working hours for New Year holidays:

On December 25, January 02, January 06, and January 08 - all representative offices will work from 9:00 A.M. till 03:00 P.M. for reception and issue of the cargo.

January 01 and 07 are holidays.

Some warehouses of the company “Delivery” will have additional holidays:

the representative offices No. 3, 5, and 6 in Odesa city will have additional holidays on January 02 and 08.

the representative offices No. 6 and 9 in Kharkiv city will have additional holidays on December 31 and January 08.

the representative office No. 1 in Kyiv city will have an additional holiday on December 31.

Arrival of such shipments will be done according to traffic schedule to the place of destination.

Company “Delivery” carried out the IV Rapid Chess Tournament

On December 23, in the building of Customer Service Center of the company “Delivery” the traditional (the IV one) Rapid Chess Tournament with participation of the clients and employees of the company was conducted.

The essential conditions of the participation in the tournament were to be registered in the loyalty program and to have 200 points on the virtual account of the program.

Innovation of this year was conducting of two tournaments - the main one and the tournament in which only professional players took part. The referee of the competition was the arbitrator of the international class Oleksandr Prykhodko.

The main tournament was Swiss-system tournament of 7 rounds with time limit in 10 minutes + 5 seconds.

The medal places were divided as follows:

The 1-st place - Stanislav Horlovetskyi (regular client of the company “Delivery”) with the result of 7 from 7 points.

The 2-nd place - Dmytro Syromyatnikov (the only person who ended in a tie with the winner of the tournament Iulia Osmak) with the result 5.5 from 7 points.

The 3-rd place - Sofiia Morska (the only girl of this tournament) with the result 5 from 7 points. 

In the parallel tournament that was run by a round system of 6 rounds, the first place was taken by Viktor Ianov, who took 5.5 points.  Ievgen Roshka was 1.5 points behind him.

All the winners of this year received prizes from the company “Delivery”:  A tablet, a camera, a mobile phone. 

The next tournament is scheduled for April 2018:  Clients of category “MAXIMUM” will be admitted to it. Also the geography will be extended to all Ukraine. 

Let us remind you that rapid chess tournament was held under the auspices of “Delivery” for the fourth time.  The status of the tournament rises each year thanks to participation of professional chess players.  So, Iulia Osmak, current rapid chess champion of Ukraine and the 2006 year champion of Ukraine, Oksana Vozovyk, who are the clients of the company “Delivery”.

Schedule of COD payments for the holidays

  • receipts, paid by December 28 up to 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from December 29 after 1:30 pm.
  • receipts, paid after 1:00 pm of December 28 - payments of COD will be available from January 4 after 1:30 pm.
  • receipts, paid from December 29 till January 2, and also on January 3 after 1:00 - payments of COD will be available from January 4 after 1:30 pm.
  • receipts, paid after January 3 after 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from January 5.
