Changes to reserved receipts to prevent fraud

From May 8, we introduce limited access to reserved receipts. This solution is needed to improve security and to fight against fraudsters.

The changes will apply to both the Personal account and the Mobile Delivery application.

From now on, reserved receipts will be visible only to shippers. In turn, the receipt will be available for recipients only if the status is "Issued".
